SrokaSounds - Sroka08

Track Listing for Sroka08 - also via Bonfire Radio

The "inspired by things I've seen and heard" edition - one track probably contains as much swearing as all other podcasts put together - but it isn't gratuitous - and is possibly less than you'd hear on the average school bus around here.

Jack The Ripper
Goodbye Earl
Lord Lucan is Missing
Hallucinating Pluto
I Love to Say Fuck
Waved On
Your Butt's Too Fat To Dance Like That
Dave Blackledge (download)
My Best Friend
Sulk
The End of Radio Shellac (Peel Session)

Highlight Tracks: The Shellac Peel Session is a lengthy beast but seriously good listening - put it on loop and it's great. Fairly appropriate for a podcast as well - and no, it's not the end of radio. Waved On gets the mellowed out vote from me and has that dreamy tendency that hits the spot. And for sheer fun value, the Dave Blackledge track is a winner. In fact, this is another cast that I'm quite happy to listen to myself . Oh and Billy Bragg is older than I thought.

Spurred on by the awesome podcasting that is part of the Pete Ashton BonfireRadio podcast system - this is SrokaSounds. All shows are about 45mins long and some of them are not maiden-aunt proof. This one for sure.
